Mission Statement

Welcome to CPI, our first and only goal is your peace of mind.

We are a non profit organization who are in this field to help you feel safe in your surroundings. Stay clear of any group who asks for money to perform investigations. Most groups will accept donations, and this is fine.

What some don't know of the paranormal can be scary in itself. To actually witness events (haunts) can put someone over the edge. Then there are sources which can actually make someone feel a place is haunted when indeed it is not. That's where we come in. Haunted or not, we will be there to help find the answers.

We do NOT, nor will we ever ask for money for any investigation we perform. Donations are always welcome but never demanded.

We are here not just for the average homeowner but for the business owner as well.

We use the latest and state of the art equipment in our investigations and perform in a professional manner at all times.
The paranormal is a tricky thing. Is it a spirit? is it something that can hurt me? so many other questions so little time. We are here for you always!

Why do groups such as ours exist? 10 out of 20 people will encounter a paranormal event in their lifetime. 5 out of 10 will want answers to why, what and how something is happening to them.

You don't have to be scared, you don't have to live with it, you just have to get the right people to help you.

God Bless
Founder Bio

My name is Tom, Founder of C.P.I. and I want to welcome you to our site. I take each investigation seriously, but I also go into each with skepticism. I know spirits exist, however I also feel many events can be debunked due to electrical or other sources. If you go into an investigation thinking every place is haunted you will spend a lot of time worrying yourself and not being honest to a client. When you do encounter a true haunting you are now performing and investigating with an open mind and can validate your claims.

I have 10 rules of thumb when investigating:

1) Keep an open mind
2) No fear (spirits tend to thrive on the fear factor)
3) Never go alone
4) Get permission wherever you investigate
5) Be professional
6) Check weather conditions
7) Watch your step
8) Never go intoxicated
9) Be upfront with your client (don't withhold information just because you're afraid it will worry them. They contacted you for help, so be honest at all times)
10) Check your equipment regularly

I think ever since I was 13 I knew I was gifted from God with premonition/precognition ability.

One incident was back in Junior High, I remember waking that morning before school and vividly recalling a dream I had. It was of a helicopter crash. I saw in the dream, the helicopter fall from the sky and crash land with no flames. Next vision was of the pilot and co-pilot dead.

That afternoon when I arrived home, my mother, who I had told the dream to that morning, greeted me and told me of the famous helicopter pilot, Gary Francis Powers who perished in the same way I had dreamed it.

From that moment on, I knew something was different about me. From seeing/dreaming of events before they happen, can only be a gift from God himself, and for that I'm thankful.

My staff listed within this site, have plenty of experience with the paranormal and are not rookies in this field. They have all been trained on the equipment we use and know their role. All of us have jobs, we are not in this for the money, but for research and to help YOU.

I am proud of our group and what we've been able to accomplish throughout the years.

I for one, would be like you, who should i call to get help? Can I trust them in my home? I will be the first to tell you, you came to the right place. Give us a try and God Bless you all.
