Van Buren And Victoria, Riverside California
The original stories floating the web, that 2 girls and killer were murdered at this location. We did some checking and found this to be only partially accurate. Here's what we found. Only one girl was murdered in December 2004. Here is the link to the Riverside PD's Bulletin. (this may be to graphic for some)

It is believed by some, her spirit still haunts this location.
We did not see any black blurs nor did we hear screams but that isn't to say they don't exist. Keep in mind spirits are not always predictable. But we did get some nice images which are now up in this site. Note original claims put this location at Van Buren and Dufferin, wrong, it is Van Buren and Victoria, as Van Buren and Dufferin run side by side.

Lifelike Portrait of Murder Victim Released by Police
Riverside, Ca- After examining photographs of a murder victim’s remains, a forensic artist at the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children provided the attached lifelike portrait. This portrait should be considered a general likeness of the victim. Items such as eye color and complexion are the artist’s interpretation to complete the facial reconstruction image. They should not be used as significant markers for identification.
On Tuesday December 14, 2004 Riverside Police recovered the remains of the female under an orange tree at the California Citrus State Historical Park. The State Park is located near Van Buren Blvd. and Dufferin Avenue in Riverside. The body was severely burned, and police believe she was killed within one or two weeks from when her body was discovered. Investigators believe she may have been killed at a location other than where her body was found. They are not releasing the cause of death.
Police are releasing the portrait with the hope that someone in the community will help authorities identify the young girl who was brutally murdered. She is described as Caucasian between the ages of 17 and 25 years old. She had reddish brown hair worn in a ponytail. She was 5’ to 5’4” tall and weighed between 110 and 140 pounds.
Police are hoping someone will recognize two unique pieces of jewelry she wore. Her tongue and navel were pierced. In her tongue she wore a silver and red tongue stud with the word, “Sex” engraved on it. In her navel she wore a small metal chain with three (3) stars on it. Pictures of the jewelry are attached. Larger photos are available for the electronic media.
She also wore a t-shirt with the words, ”Say Hello To My Little Friend” written across the front.
